What’s the difference between Standard and Deep Clean?+
Standard covers regular maintenance: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchen, bed making, and tidying. Deep Clean adds baseboards, oven/fridge interiors, cabinet fronts, tile grout, behind furniture, laundry, upholstery, interior windows, and vent covers.
Are your products safe for children and pets?+
Always. We use exclusively non-toxic, biodegradable, allergy-safe formulas. No harsh chemicals, no compromise.
Can I request the same cleaner every visit?+
Yes. We assign the same technician or team whenever possible. Our staff averages 3–6 years with us, so your cleaner knows your home.
What if something gets damaged during cleaning?+
While rare, accidents can happen. We are fully insured. Notify us immediately and we’ll resolve it promptly.
What’s your cancellation policy?+
We ask for 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. We’re always happy to reschedule.
